Tree Hall
Chief Executive Officer, Charity IT Leaders

Tree is CEO at Charity IT Leaders, where she is responsible for leading the organisation’s strategic development and engagement with members, sponsors and other stakeholders.
Her focus is on building a highly effective and engaged community of IT leaders and emerging leaders who can work together to put IT at the heart of the voluntary sector to deliver the best outcomes for end users.
Prior to having children, Tree worked for over 16 years in marketing and fundraising roles in the voluntary sector, for organisations including Asthma UK, The Outward Bound Trust, St John’s Hospice and Action for Children.
Parenthood was the catalyst for a career change that saw Tree set up her own business as an Ofsted registered childminder, combined with part time roles in office management and marketing.
Tree is also parent to two young children, a volunteer for her children’s school, a co-ordinator for her local walking group and loves kickboxing and HIIT training.
Laura Dawson

Laura Dawson is Director, Data and Technology Services at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She has been a leader in the Charity and Not for Profit sector for nearly 30 years including RSPB, Save the Children UK and British Council. She is an advocate for ensuring that we get the value out of data and ensuring that technology is making a difference to our beneficiaries which is why she has been a Trustee of Charity IT Leaders. A long standing Watford FC season ticket holder, she has learnt to manage her expectations, expertly.
Salma Shah

Salma Shah is the founder of Mastering Your Power. She is an executive systemic coach and workshop facilitator. She is on the board of the UK ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Working for the 14th largest charity in the UK, he is currently Technology Strategy Manager at the Girls’ Day School Trust and is responsible for the design and delivery of strategy and technology across the organisation.
